Please let you know that computer comprises of two parts : Hardware and Software.  Monitor, RAM, CD drive, CPU, graphic cards are all called hardware,  more accurately, computer hardware. These components make up a computer, working together with computer software to make a computer work. Hardware is the tangible parts of your computer, the parts you can touch, feel and so on.

While computer software or software is a collection of computer program  and related data that provide the instructions for telling a computer what to do and how to do it. In other words, software is a conceptual entity which is a set of computer programs, procedures, and associated documentation concerned with the operation of a data processing system.

Therefore, to make you understand more about the technical terms and their problems, you need to learn more. By doing so, we can help ourselves if we have future problems on our laptop and computer.
